The Sound of Ideas Community Tour brings 90.3 WCPN ideastream's radio show out of the studio and into neighborhoods across Northeast Ohio to talk directly with residents about issues that are important to them.

Northeast Ohio has an incredibly talented and diverse arts scene, including many award-winning performers in all kinds of disciplines. The Sound of Ideas Community Tour will gather some of the best and brightest artists in the area to perform in an artist showcase on Wednesday, December 11 at 6 p.m. at the Beachland Ballroom in Collinwood.

The showcase will feature a poet, an artist specializing in Korean papermaking, an indie band and plenty more. Host Mike McIntyre will interview each artist following their performance in front of a live audience. As always, the audience is welcome to ask questions and share thoughts.
