As part of the Greater Cleveland Partnership’s (GCP) comprehensive energy services, this pioneering initiative will discuss how to integrate energy-aligned lease language to reduce long-term energy expenses. The program is offered in partnership with the Institute for Market Transformation and the Northern Ohio Chapter of NAIOP. It is supported by the Cleveland 2030 District and the City of Cleveland Mayor’s Office of Sustainability and is funded by the United States Department of Energy.
