Help raise awareness about the impact of plastics in our Lake and on its beaches by joining Cleveland Metroparks, The Cleveland Museum of Natural History, and Sustainable Cleveland 2019 at the Ninth Annual Great Lake Erie Boat Float.

Build and float your own boat out of post-consumer recyclable materials. After the Boat Float stay on the beach and join Drink Local. Drink Tap. for a beach cleanup as part of the Alliance for the Great Lakes Adopt-A-Beach^TM program. Plastic from the boats may be recycled by RES Polyflow after the trophy ceremony.
