9-12 Educators in NE Ohio are invited to join the Upcycle Parts Shop & partners for a discussion on creative reuse and innovation in the classroom - plus some freebies!

Upcycle Parts Shop is partnering with the Veale Youth Entrepreneurship Forum to offer free innovation programming to teachers and students. With the Veale Foundation’s generous support, we are pleased to invite high school educators throughout Northeast Ohio to join us for a virtual Scrappy Hour where we’ll talk innovation and give away some freebies!

In this hour-long virtual event, we’ll engage you in a little creative challenge as we demonstrate how leftover materials can be used as classroom tools for sparking innovative thinking. We’ll walk you through our free online resource, Upcycle: Enterprise, that you can implement in your classroom using items you already have or with a set of our Innovation Kits.

To help you get started outfitting your classroom for innovation, all 9-12 Educators in Northeast Ohio who attend this program will receive a $20 credit to use in our retail shop. You’ll also have the opportunity to apply for a limited number of free virtual classroom Q+A programs with our Co-founder and Executive Director, Nicole McGee! These special perks, courtesy of the Veale Foundation, are only available to those who join this Scrappy Hour or watch the recording*, so register today!
