Cleveland Growing Strong Film and Panel Discussion
Gardens don't just grow food, they serve as urban oases, connecting neighbors with the cycles of nature. For Cleveland, urban gardening is as old as the city itself, providing refuge, sustenance and renewal through both good times and bad. After the screening, an expert panel will answer your urban community garden questions. Panelists include: Courtney Woelfl from OSU Extension, Maggie Fitzpatrick from Refugee Response, Valerie Maczak-Grim from EDWINS Leadership & Restaurant Institute, Robin Schachat from Shaker Lakes Garden Club, Brad Masi Film Director, and Nancy Nolan Jones from StoryLenz. Please preregister as space is limited. Free to members and $5 for non-members.
