This session will explore the basics of the WELL building certification, with a focus on the new WELL Health-Safety Rating, designed in response to the current pandemic.  The new rating system was developed with input from 600 experts in public health, medicine, design, real estate, government and academia.  This is a third party verified rating system for all facility types, focused on operational and maintenance protocols, emergency plans and education to address broad health and safety related issues.  We'll discuss how to apply and the criteria needed to achieve the WELL Heath-Safety Rated Seal. 

We will also review how buiding analytics can help building owners proactively manage their buildings, identify opportunities to improve the building environment and create a comfortable space that aligns with the tenets of the WELL building certification and Health-Safety  Rating system, while still operating efficiently.
