Each of Cleveland’s 34 neighborhoods has its own distinct identity and character. Each has its own
historical perspective and future possibilities. By collaborating and empowering community members to
harness area resources and assets, including funding to enhance strategically located vacant land available
via the Cleveland land bank, we have an opportunity to build community pride while improving
neighborhood quality of life within a system of networked community places.

This workshop is intended for Cleveland residents, area businesses, and neighborhood organizations
interested in having a learning conversation leading to public practices that will bring to life the unique
context and potentials of each of Cleveland’s diverse neighborhoods and associated communities.
