Sustainability at the City Level
By 2050, 70% of the world’s population is expected to live in urban areas. Meeting rising utility and resource demands requires an integrated planning process from city officials and community members. Please join the USGBC Colorado Emerging Professionals and guest speakers as we discuss how cities are addressing the planet’s urbanization sustainably, equitably, and resiliently through LEED for Cities and Communities. It is highly recommended that participants also attend the July 22 LEED for Cities and Communities webinar.

- How can cities utilize smart grid technologies to create a more resilient in the face of rising urban temperatures?
