- GlenVillage: A retail incubator program, where seven local entrepreneurs will launch their businesses in a storefront location:

• Cleveland Cold Brew Coffee
• Living Rich
• LaMocha Boutique
• Premier Barber Lounge

- CLEworx: A co-working space that offers open and accessible office for teams and individuals. It will offer programming for startup businesses to help scale and attract venture capital.

- Apartments: Comfortable 1- and 2- bedroom apartments with modern amenities

Attendees will have the opportunity to meet the retail incubator tenants, the operators of the co-working space, and tour the apartments.
