Description
What is a Plated Landscape™ Dinner?
Started in 2006, Plated Landscapes are the brainchild of Chef/Founder/Farmer, Ben Bebenroth. These al fresco dining experiences take place at our farm, Spice Acres, along with other scenic and immersive locations in Northeast Ohio. The evening begins with a welcoming reception with a signature beverage and farm-inspired passed hor d'oeuvres followed by a multi-course dinner set among Cleveland’s most iconic Metroparks locations. A Plated Landscape within the Cleveland Metroparks is sure to be the most unique dining experience of your summer season!
Venue:
Gather with your friends {and make some new ones!} as you stroll through Wendy Park to the Historic Coast Guard Station which has been brought back to life through the generosity of several key partners including Great Lakes Brewing Company, the Burning River Foundation and Cleveland Metroparks. An extension of Whiskey Island, this historic location provides amazing views of downtown Cleveland and makes for a dreamy place to have dinner.
Parking:
Wendy Park green space, look for signage and attendant.
The Scoop:
Spice is not able to accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies due to the nature and format of the event.
If you have a Plated Landscape Gift Certificate, please call us at 216-432-9090 for a promo code as you will still need to reserve your seat via Eventbrite. Gift Certificates DO NOT ensure a seat at the table but we make every attempt to accommodate.
Please wear comfortable walking shoes (heels not recommended) and dress for the forecasted weather.
We prefer to dine among the stars, however, there is always a rain plan in place - please bring an umbrella and appropriate shoes.
Arrival begins at 6:00pm for hors d'oeuvres and welcome cocktail – we ask that you please be timely or let Spice know in advance if you are running late.
