Join Julz Kerr for a 6 week group nutrition coaching program to help you bring health into all areas of your life. This 6 week group coaching program includes:

 

Six one hour sessions with a small group of other members where we’ll do 20 - 30 minutes of learning, do interactive activities with group members and a group discussion.

 

Occurs every Tuesday beginning on Tuesday April 16th until May 21st from 6-7 pm.

 

Each week we’ll cover a new topic:

 

WEEK 1 OVERVIEW OF A BALANCED LIFE

Reviewing all the components that allows you to live a balanced life. Self-care stress management, eating, exercising, relationships, spirituality/community and everything else that’s important to you.

 

WEEK 2 STRESS MANAGEMENT

How stress affects what we eat and why understanding it is so important

 

WEEK 3 HOW TO EAT TO MAINTAIN YOUR ENERGY

Understanding what you specifically need to maintain your energy throughout the day.

 

WEEK 4 HEALTHY & EASY SNACKS

Snacks you can make and buy for when you’re on the go. Learn how to read the nutrition label on your favorite snacks.

 

WEEK 5 HOW TO CREATE HEALTHY DINNERS

Breaking down the proteins, vegetables and carbs that should be on every dinner plate and exciting ways to cook them.

 

WEEK 6 MAINTAINING A HEALTHY ROUTINE

How to maintain a healthy routine through no matter what’s going on in your life.
