The Lunch & Learn format provides a casual and community-based approach to discussion and engagement with LGBTQ culture and concepts while providing tangible examples and tools for increasing cultural competency and allyship. Discussion topics will be generated by participant feedback and guidance. Typical discussions include common terms and vocabulary, coming out experiences, experiences of discrimination and the legal landscapes of being LGBTQ, workplace practices of inclusion and so on.
