Transportation planning and investments affect the social and socioeconomic conditions of communities. A variety of conditions such as convenient and reliable access to regional employment, and maintaining a sustainable physical environment can be impacted by regional transportation investment choices. NOACA will convene a diverse group of community stakeholders to examine quality of life issues and the impact of transportation choices on the LRTP 20 year vision.
