    Representative Howse was raised in Cleveland, was a graduate of the Cleveland School of the Arts, and earned her master's degree in Environmental Studies from Cleveland State University.
  • Rep Terrence Upchurch, 10th district (D – Cleveland)
    Representative Upchurch was born in Cleveland and raised in the Collinwood and Glenville neighborhoods. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Cleveland State University. He currently serves on the Economic and Workforce Development, Health, and Insurance committees.
  • SeMia Bray, MBA, Black Environmental Leaders (BEL)
    SeMia is a Cleveland thought leader and strategic consultant focused on the intersection of Equity, Democracy, and the Environment. She serves on numerous committees, task forces, and coalitions ranging from Black Environmental Leaders Association to Sierra Club Ohio to the Ohio Climate Justice Fund.
