When we create a sustainable community, we create a place where people can be healthier. For this reason, many of the actions in the Cleveland Climate Action Plan were prioritized for improving health outcomes. This indicator tracks life expectancy, adults reporting poor/fair health, obesity, population in food deserts, and asthma.
