The Forest City Working Group is responsible for Action #2 of the Cleveland Tree Plan: Develop an Outreach and Education Strategy of the Cleveland Tree Plan. Specifically Step #5: Landmark Tree Program and Step #8: Make Arbor Day Celebration a Cleveland Institution.
