Flow & Grow: Yoga Session and Community Tree Education
Don't miss MidTown’s Flow and Grow event for a relaxing yoga session and seminar on community tree planting. The session, led by Shelli Reeves, will teach widely practiced methods for controlling health and relaxation. Reeves, a former Community Engagement Specialist at Ideastream, has organized events and conversations about health topics and promoted healthcare resources in Cleveland neighborhoods.
Special thanks to our partners Holden Arboretum and Davey Resource Group for contributing to this event. Flow and Grow will be on March 24th from 4-5:30 p.m at the Dunham Tavern.
