We'll meet at Whole Foods in University Heights!

 

Dr. Melissa Manilla will guide us though a grocery store tour teaching us how to choose healthy foods at an affordable price. She will teach us what produce we should buy organic vs. not always necessary, how to read a nutrition label and what ingredients to avoid. After the grocery store tour, we will discuss meal prepping, creating family friendly recipes with plenty of flavor and how to avoid burn out when eating healthy!

 

You will also connect with other women, feel better about nutrition knowledge + meal prepping and expect giveaways!

 

Dr. Melissa Manilla is extremely passionate about health & wellness and living the greatest life you possibly can. She is a Chiropractic Physician who specializes in Functional Medicine & Clinical Nutrition and is Board-Certified in Acupuncture.

 

She has collaborated with multiple health & wellness groups in the past to engage others about the benefits of preventative medicine-the greatest being CHAARG, a health & wellness community for college aged students.
