Higher wage jobs in the current economy typically require education beyond high school. Sustainable Cleveland tracks the college readiness of Cleveland Metropolitan School District students and graduates through two indicators: CMSD’s 4 year graduation rate and the percent of CMSD graduates enrolled in Ohio public colleges/universities needing remediation in Math or English.
