Join Cuyahoga Job and Family Services (CJFS), part of the Dept. of Health and Human Services for the next series of Community Partner Conversations. This is the last of the 2019 series and we want to discuss the changes that have taken place over the past year, what still needs improvement, and what the community is interested in hearing about.

Through all of the changes, we have been listening to community concerns and working to address what we can and be the community voice when it's an issue beyond CJFS reach. We will also share agency highlights to showcase the improvements that have taken place.

An in-depth look into the world of Medicaid will be provided to understand processes and procedures that are important to understand when assisting residents in the community or residents needing Long-Term Care services.
