  • Improve your general knowledge about the importance of properly maintaining such systems for peak performance, energy savings and extending the useful life of your systems
  • Discuss and provide real examples of how to engage employees and staff in making behavioral changes that save energy, money and contribute to a sustainable organization
  • Discuss and provide examples of how to engage maintenance staff to identify and correct issues before they become significant
  • Review ways to engage facilities and maintenance staff in identifying potential improvements and implementing their ideas
  • Discuss how to create a culture of sustainability in your organization
